The Moscow Food Co-op on Campus
Real. Good. Food.
In January 2018, the Moscow Food Co-op took its first step in growth by opening the Co-op on Campus, where students, staff, faculty, and more can buy organic coffee, fresh-made baked goods, packaged groceries, and a small selection of personal care items.
I worked with the Co-op as the in-house marketing manager, and when the second location opened, we went through a branding project, interior graphic design (working with FastSigns and other local sign producers), and intensive advertising and public relations promotion. We also held a grand opening event with local media attendance, raffle prizes, and local farmers and producers in attendance.
